Shimano R650 or R600 brakes with time trial brake levers?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Shimano R650 or R600 brakes with time trial brake levers?

I need a long reach (57 mm) brakeset, and time trial (bar end) brake levers (for bullhorn handlebars).

1. What's the difference between the Shimano BR-R650 ($130) and BR-R600 ($160) brakesets?

2. Will any time trial brake levers work with either of the above Shimano brakes? Any recommendations? Is it correct that both of these Shimano brakes are "short pull" and all time trial brake levers are "short pull" too?

I'd maybe get these brake levers if there are no objections:
