competetive riding tips/help please
I currently rider about 30 miles per day, but i am interested in racing, and was wondering for any training tips, help, anything really. thanks alot!

Just go out and race a few times and you will get a feel for what you need to work on. Try to remember when and how you get dropped, if you do get dropped.
I've got a teammate who never goes and races because he feels inadequate, and always "training" to go race. The best way to train for a race is to go race.
