Fuji Espree or something else?
 

hi all,

after years of relying on my car to get me everywhere, i've had enough of it and decided that i need to get a bike. it has been years since i've owned one and i don't know too much, but what i do know is that i want to buy a solid road bike that will likely see 15-20 miles per week day, and probably more on weekends since i'll want to go on some long rides.

my budget isn't huge so i'm looking to buy used. i came across a Fuji Espree that is being sold locally. it's very clean and all original, and he's asking $100 for it. good deal? or should i be looking at something else?

any input is appreciated, thanks!

i forgot to mention that i would want to do some upgrades eventually. is the Fuji Espree a good candidate for upgrades down the line, or is it pretty solid as is?

anyone? have to decide within an hour or so if i want to get this one..

Impossible to tell without more information. How old is this bike? (If it is more than ten years, check the classics and vintage forum.)
