All I can tell you is that it has a 1" steerer, is made with Easton Elite alu, has threaded downtube bosses,

1" threadless makes me think circa 2000, but of course the crank is later than that.

Sheldon Brown said there was a Danish Centurion bicycle brand, and a German Centurion brand too. Both unrelated to the classic Diamond Back/Centurions...
