Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

We call it AP. I'm now enjoying an APGT, or Arnold Palmer Green Tea. Plus; it's only $0.99

skim milk. everything your body needs post workout. sodium, carbs, protein, Calcium. the only thing it lacks is enough caliores. soy is almost as good but not a complete protein. idealy you want 400 caliores post workout with 30 grams of protien(build new muscle), atleast 80grams of carbs(repair old muscle and start to restore glycogen) and some healthy fats in addition to sodium and potassium.
