6'1" here...165 right now, but was 150-155 back in the day when I raced triathlons...hardly enough fat on me (then) to saute an onion...friends would kid me that I could hide behind a telephone pole if I stood sideways...
Even so, looks like there are some even lighter on here already.

6'2"-175- good weight for me. the heaviest i've ever gotten was 190.
i've managed to stay at my current weight for a few years after picking up cycling
i do get the mandatory " you're too skinny" comments though from most people.

I am 6'2" and although I hover around 180 now in high school, I weighed between 135-140 lbs at the same height.

175 sounds healthy to me.
When I was about 20 yrs old, I weighed #145 at 6'2". That was skinny, too skinny as it as before I started weight lifting at the gym and gained a bit of muscle mass, bringing me to about #165-175.
You know, though, that your body will have a set body weight that it will always 'try' to maintain and if it's 215+, you'll have to keep working indefinitely to keep your weight lower.

Good Lord, you people make me feel like a beast. 6'2", 205. But I've got a big frame - broad shoulders, wide chest - probably never going to be skinny (I weighed 150 in high school and looked awful). Truth be told, it's unlikely that I'd ever get under 190... 190-195 is my goal, which I should be reaching - already dropped 25 pounds since January.

6'3 and 185 pounds. I don't seem to fluctuate from this at all ever (in last few years anyway). Perhaps I should just stop eating and get down to 145 like everyone else! Think not.

6'4" and 211 lbs. This is down from 228 lbs. 7 weeks ago when I bought my first rode bike. I'll be very happy settling in at 195.

Holy f**k there are some thin asses that troll this forum. I'm 5'6" and weigh 160 with a 28" waist. I guess actually having an upper body is a bad thing when it comes to cycling?

Jeebus, you must have one hell of an upper body. I'm the same weight at 5'-11.5" and I have about a 31" waist. And I have more of an upper body than most cyclists. Hell, I swing an 8 lb splitting maul through at least 6 cords of hard wood every winter.

damn you people need to start eating!
I'm 6'1" and 180pounds. I'm on the 'higher' end of the 'normal' weight category - right before 'overweight' which I believe starts at 190 for my height...
