Anyone know much about Scott's aluminum frames?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anyone know much about Scott's aluminum frames?

I was looking for a Scott S10 aluminum frame, but they are sold out in my size for 2009. I've found a complete bike S20 and S40 used for a decent price, so I can just swap out the components for my DA stuff. Does anyone know if the frame for all of these bikes are the same, just different components or are each of the frames different for the different models?

Thank you.

correct. same frames, different colors. i know you said 2009 but the older s-series with carbon stays have a tendency to crack and the junction on the seat stay. FYI
