Yea I am looking to upgrade and have ridden both these bikes and they both ride amazing
I was wondering if anyone knew of any problems with these or anything?
Both are going to cost around the same so...

I'd buy the Specialized. My LBS dropped Scott when they got stiffed for the third bad frame that Scott wouldn't warranty.
Have to love Scott's logic. On one, the carbon top tube broke, causing the rider to lose it and faceplant (badly). Scott wouldn't warranty because the bike had been in an accident (duh!)
