Coach Troy of spinervals---Coach Dork?
OK, I have a love hate relationship with this guy.....Great workouts but dammit what a Dork ! Every time he speaks the little hairs stand up on the back of my neck.
What I Hate?
1. He tells me to "watch out for that car or Truck" Like I'm in Lake placid with him.... I'm at home with my trainer in front of the TV !!!
2. He'll say things like "the rode gets bumpy up here"..... My Kurt Kinetic trainer is SILKY smooth the whole time..
3. He wears a camera on his helmet so you can see his view from the bike. To be honest, ALL views suck unless your really there....the camera on his helmet is even worse.
4.. Dammit Coach Troy, I want Lions/wolves/Bears chasing me when I'm watching a Video....Not squirrels...Please do your next "inspiration video" someplace interesting... Lets do an intense ride through the Bronx or SE Wash DC with guns and drug dealers shooting you dead if you dont keep the heart rate/cadence up....Passing a bush (WOO HOO A BUSH) in lake placid doesn't do it for me..
Probably a nice guy, but the videos really rub me the wrong way. I cant help it ! I cant stand the guy.
