Help me with my seat height - pic attached
I have been playing w my seat height since someone mentioned on sunday's ride that my seat was to low and that I should raise it 1/4 to 1/2. As a result this is where I am now:
Does my leg look to streched out to where maybe I should lower my seat slightly?

It's hard to tell from that angle. It looks like you may be leaning a little to the right and the crank arm is not perpendicular to the floor. Take another picture with the crank arm perpendicular and at a 90 degree angle from your body and we can help a little more.

I'm going to go out on a limb, but would say that barring surgery to shorten or elongate your legs, your seat height isn't going to change much.
Your saddle height, OTOH, looks OK. One good indicator of incorrect saddle height is knee pain. Check this out if it hurts at all: https://www.cptips.com/knee.htm
No pain? Keep on riding!

Totally wrong picture angle. Here's how to do it. Set the saddle so your foot is horizontal with your leg fully extended at the bottom of the stroke and see how it feels while pedaling. Most people pedal with some heel rise. It only takes a 2-3cm rise of the heel to create the recommended 30 degree bend in the leg at the bottom of the stroke, while pedaling. Static photos are meaningless.
If you raise your heel little while pedaling, then obviously you saddle height will need to be lower. The horixzontal foot with extended leg is just a starting point. You have to figure out what foot angle works for you.

I agree about the 30 degree rule of thumb.
And also that most people's bodies work a lot different when they are actually riding vs. leaning against a wall.

Thanks, Peal Izumi's - you like socks better than my shoes ? haha
I will take a much better picture tomorrow.
my knee was hurting before this adjustment, after this mornings ride it actually didn't. I did feel I was using more of my calf muscles while pedaling - before (lower seat) I wasn't or didnt feel them working.

Lack of pain means that yer saddle height is probably pretty good. Just remember that small adjustments can give big results (good or bad).

I'm more worried about the camel in the rear spokes.
Or that's what it looks like.
