I would like to put 10sp components on my bike. What all do you ahve to chang over. Cassette, crank?, shifters?, chain? Any info on this project would be handy. Thanks

I currently have ultegra 9sp group set.

It depends on what components you currently have -- assuming you currently have D/A 9 speed, the minimum you need to change are:

1. STI brake levers
2. cassette
3. Chain

The 10 speed cassette will fit the 9 speed D/A hub.

If your rear derailer is a little worn, it would also be a good idea to replace it as well.

Shimano designed the new Dura-Ace groupset to work best as a complete unit. You can get away with just the 10 speed cassette and 10 speed shifter and a compatible chain. If you plan on changing the crank, you may need to get the BB shell reamed and faced at an LBS. You'll need a 1mm spacer to put the 10 speed cassette on an 8/9 speed freehub.
