Where do you keep your road bike?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Where do you keep your road bike?

Just wondering where everyone stores there bike during the summer and winter. During the summer, mine stays in the garage. If I ever upgrade to something a little more high end, I will probably keep it in the house. As for the winter, it stays with my rollers in my bedroom. How about everyone else?

Garage? Must be nice. I'm still at the apartment stage, and therefore my 'living room' is as much for safely housing my two bikes as anything else.

I once stored my hybrid outside my apartment, exposed to the elements, for an entire semester. Im surprised A: that it didn't get stolen and B: that it wasn't essentially destroyed by that abuse.

I have managed to, OK OK been allowed to, purge the game room of everything except the weight machine, a computer desk, and a couch. It is now the bike room.

My Cannondales stay with me 90% of the time, at home and at work. I keep them just outside of my cube so I can look at them during my work day and day dream. I have a '09 Synapse and a R5000.

I keep tehm in the shed where the hay gets stacked. It's the kind of neighborhood, where work trucks and tractors have keys left on their ignition.

I keep mine in the garage, I want to buy hooks or some contraption so I can put my bike higher up where there is room because my garage is very packed with 2 cars and a fridge.

Why would anyone put cars in a garage? Your logic baffles me

It's propped up against the wall in my bedroom and it has been sitting there for far too long because little droplets of water keep falling from the sky day and night.

On the hearth in front of the (non-working) fireplace. No grief from the wife about it, because I am the wife.
