shimano pedals

Are there any major differences between shimano pedals, ultegra-sl and dura ace? The price difference is huge, other than the weight DA offers something more?

Years ago I had white Ultegra pedals, I think they were the first--they were made by Look.
Anyway, they lasted for years. Currently, I have Campy ProFit and those work well too. If
you think the weight savings is worth it, by the Dura Ace. But I'm sure either pedal is fine.
