has anyone bought online cycling courses?
I have been riding for years. Most of the time, I usually go for a two-hour ride at the fastest pace I can keep up and that is it. These courses seem like they are really good but I am not sure if anyone has bought them yet.

Oh don't buy these. They are TERRIBLE! I've seen nothing but horrible reviews for them and they are just a big scam. Stay far far away!
Thanks for the heads-up!

If it's just text I bet you could find just as much info on the web or at the library for free. I was at the library skimming through Greg Lemonds old training book and it's still basically the same lactate, tapering, interval stuff you read every where.

Online cycling course? On what?
On technique? Buy yourself a set of rollers.
On training? Buy a book and a heart rate monitor or powermeter.
