Remove the cassette
Heat up some Simple Green in an old pan, on the stove. Dont boil, just heat it up a bit
Insert cassette cogs in pan of heated Simple Green, grease/grime comes off instantly.
Heated Simple Green works way better then cold Simple Green....duh
