Good deal on eBay - celeste Bianchi Eros

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just thought I'd share this link, since I'm drooling but can't muster the cash right now...maybe someone else here can benefit...

https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWA:IT

It's tucked away in the "collectibles" category so it probably won't go as high as it should. Questioned the seller, and it's full Mirage except for Avanti brakes (not mentioned in desc).

True - lots of people wait till the last minute, or employ software to do it for them. I was just pointing out that this auction is listed in an inappropriate category, so many would-be buyers probably won't see it. The best deals I've gotten off eBay were listed incorrectly, and therefore saw less exposure.

I hate to tell you this, but everytime I go onto ebay to search for Bianchi Bicycles or accessories, all I type in the search is: Bianchi
I usually get 9 pages of everything with the Bianchi name, and guess what I see..
I dont think there is anything wrong with the listing, nor do I think it was put in the wrong place.
I think everyone will sharp shoot within the last 30 seconds , after all isnt that the name of the game, get it as cheap as you can?
Sweet bike, be sure to post pics when and if you get it, also be sure to let us know how much the ending bid was.

No skin off my back...just saw something I thought had potential to be a good deal for someone looking for a bike. Me broke.

I almost bid on it. And the seller lives pretty close. He didn't answer my emails about the condition of the frame though.
