Finally bought my first road bike...
After a lot of research by me and valuable advice from the members of this forum, I have finally purchased a brand new Felt F4 SL 2009 road bike. This is my first road bike.
I bought this off ebay for $2,500 and thanks to Microsoft Bing am getting $200 off.
I will post the pictures once I get the bike, have it assembled and fitted at the LBS.
Since the bike has no pedals, I am planning to get the Shimano Ultegra SPD-SL PD-6700 set. My only reason for picking these up over any other brand is because the bike comes with a full Ultegra group. Since I have no biking shoes/pedals, any suggestions on the bike shoes/pedal combinations.
Thanks to the people who have chimed in with their opinions during my search for the bike.

those are nice pedals to get.. just go get shoes that are comfortable for you and have a 3 bolt pattern on the bottom. Go see if you can find some winter sales at a bike shop near you.
