Good aluminum frames
I was looking to buy a new aluminum frame. I was looking for one that was light and stiff and was wondering if any of you rode or could recommend a good frame to buy.

Just a wild guess but I bet you have yet to read any of the innumerable posts on this forum about the Al frame to end all Al frames... wait for it... wait for it... CAAD 9! My vote goes for the S-Works E5. Flame away MFers, I mean BFers.

Check the Budget Race Bike thread.
In addition to the CAAD9 and Spec. E5, lots of folks seem to like the Spooky Skeletor and the Salsa Podio. The Cinelli Xperience looks like it might be a good candidate too.

If I were gonna replace my CAAD9 I'd look seriously at the Cinelli Xperience. Never seen one in person, never ridden one, but Lordy that's one hawt frame:

If you ride something around a 58cm, this might be interesting:

Not a recommendation per se, more of something on my wish list; Cervelo S1. After seeing the cinelli, I may have to rethink my priorities though

Here's my 2002 Allez E5. Not quite as light as a CAAD9 2010 frameset, but close. Stiff, quick, comfortable ride, geo is great for me, I love it:

CAAD9 for all-around racing bike with traditional geometry. Skeletor or S1 for light/aero (respectively, they better than the CAAD9).

To sum up for the OP:
Cannondale CAAD9
Cervelo S1
Cinelli Xperience
Salsa Podio
Specialized E5
Soul Faith
Spooky Skeletor
All are great frames that have a loyal following (with the exception of the Soul Faith, which is brand new). Choose the one that fits you and that you like.
