Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Great customer service from Trek.

I wanted to get my hands on a 2010 Madone catalog, LBS said they didn't have any (even though I could see them behind the counter). Requested one off the Trek website of Friday, came in the mail on Monday. However there was a tear through the picture of the bottom bracket on page 9.

He's the first owner, so I'm sure he will.

When he buys the bike and his buddy gets the catalog, though...

A sense of humor is pretty necessary these days.

Yeah, but does he have a receipt and did he register the catalog with Trek?

Good thing you didn't get the catalog secondhand.

It's like finding a crease in the centerfold, isn't it?

Try the Fuji catalog. I'm sure you can probably find one on Bikes Direct website.

At least they advertise their product accurately. When your BB breaks that way they can say that it isn't a defect and you should have looked closer at page 9.
