Let's see your winter training facilities
My USOC-financed winter training complex, complete with crash protection on both sides. Please post pix of yours. Californians, Texans, Australians and others in warmer areas are of course welcome to post pix of their outdoor facilities ;-)

I ride outside on the weekends. However, weekdays after work, I ride inside due to lack of natural light.

Don't have a pic but:
Cheap Nashbar fluid trainer (looking to upgrade to a KK Rock and Roll)
Performance Travel Trac rollers.
Outside in the snow.
Sorry, none of that deserves pics.

I am still able to get some outdoor rides in, however that might change with 1-2 feet expected between christmas eve and christmas day.
Indoor setup: Please ignore the bed, we currently have family staying with us over christmas.

My house is like an icebox in the winter. I'm very cheap with the heat. My brother was over with his family recently and he told me he kept his thermostat at 68 degrees. I said "68 degrees? Why?" He responded: "because we're civilized"
My wife and kids are pretty much used to it, we dress accordingly and as you see the indoor cold allows me to dress as if I were riding on the road in the cold.

my first thought upon viewing this was: great idea, ride rollers like a demon, collapse in nearby bed.

Ha! I wish I had a picture of my training facility.
If I'm not outdoors, I train in my daughter's room. It's away from the main bedroom and helps keep the noise down since I'm on the trainer at 4am.
The room is bright pink with yellow trim. There's a lot of furry animals and cute posters and pictures. The TV is old and small. I have a table next to the bike with a box on it and the fan sitting on that.
I'm not in there to even watch TV. I put it on ESPN and leave it - without sound. I'm there to grind at my teeth in pain.

Gary wins (for indoor training). Nothing can beat that setup!
But can you see the screen from your bike over the elevated highback chairs?
