All resolved.

A car, repurchased by the manufacturer after I started citing the provisions of my state's Lemon Law to them in detail.

My brother wrapped a royalex canoe around a rock in some rapids. Once we pulled it out, I noticed that some of the gunwale rivets missed the hull material. We-no-nah paid to get the boat fixed.
I had an expensive jacket start to delaminate after about 10 years. The company that made it (Dana Design) no longer exists. Fortunately, the company that bought them also recently bought Marmot. After some discussion, including whether my jacket could possibly exist, Marmot agreed to warranty it "like one of their own". They sent me a brand new jacket AND issued (nearly) sufficient credit to get a bivy sack. Marmot rocks.
I sent back a Sierra Designs sleeping bag because of a faulty attachment of a drawstring. They fixed it without incident, but the shipping charge was high enough that I should have simply done it myself.

So far, just a pair of 2007 Specialized S-Works road shoes. The Boa dial got messed up, and there were no replacements. The shop (awesome, by the way) gave me a new pair of 2009's with a new style of Boa dial.

Giant TCR frame where the rear cable stay broke from the frame.
All in all a painless experience.
And no proof of being the original owner needed, even though I was.

Haven't warrantied any bike parts, per se, but have warrantied quite a few Specialized RBX Knickers that kept on chafing. Found out after the 2nd warrantied pair it was my saddle bag -.-;;

Maybe not warranty per say, but proves a point with companies concerned with customer satisfaction (and how far some people will go to take advantage of a company's good will); I work with this woman who actually sends her kids used LL Bean clothes back for replacements when they outgrow them. Two boys, she uses the older one's clothes to get her younger son brand new handmedowns.
I felt guilty when I called to tell them I wore a hole in my Maine Hunting Boot liners and they sent me a brand new pair (of liners) free of charge.

I ordered a winter "wool" jersey from Performance. It was so thin you could read the newspaper through it, the stitching in the neck and sleeves started coming out, it was crap. It was also only about 20% wool, and some kinda cheap **** anyways. Sent it back for a full refund. Performance is great like that!!

Shimano wheels that had several nipples pulling through the rim. I trained / raced on a demo wheel for about a month while my shop took care of the warranty through Shimano.
Bontrager pump. Shop handed me one from the shelf and took care of the warranty through Trek.
Easy Peasy.

I'll add my carbon specialized shoes to the list as of tonight. I was just changing off the cleats and all the threaded bits are loose.. hopefully they'll help me.

Multiple GM (General Motors) products. Niterider Tri-newt. Niterider warranty service was better than GM.

- Mavic Avenir road shoes.
I overtightened one of the cleat bolts and stripped out the threads in the sole of my left shoe. I'm nearly certain it was my own fault, as opposed to a mfg. defect. Nonetheless, the LBS from which I purchased the shoes (Bike Pedalers, Lincoln Ne) talked with their Mavic guy, and I now have a new pair of Avenir's waiting in my closet, while I continue to use my damaged yet still functional pair on the rollers.
Sweet deal. Thank you Mavic, and thank you LBS. Now where's an old lady so I can help her across the street?

Its funny, but this thread has got me thinking.. I don't believe I have ever sent anything back on warranty.
