Last Saturday I did a solo 62 mile ride with a couple of good climbs. Unlike riding in a group, solo rides tend to keep you pedaling all the time (downhills excepted). After 2 hours of almost constant pedaling, my feet felt a bit heavy ... not numb, sorta like lead weights. I remembered the picture below of George H. and thought I'd give it a try. It turned out to be a very welcome relief. It felt like the blood was rushing back into my legs. Give it a shot next time you're fatigued.

dude,awsome vienage...This is how my arms look after 5 minute drills in wieghtlifting at school(5 minute drills:5 minutes of barbell curls,15 seconds rest,5 minutes of barbell upright row,15 seconds rest,5 minutes of push ups,finish)
