Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Because it's there (or is it Nair?)

I guess it was too much to hope for, but I did create "The last shaving thread" some time ago.

I don't know about better in the rain. Shaved looks better in the rain, but no comfort difference for me.

I've never used embrocation, even back when I shaved...
I'd disagree with the MUCH hotter, but then again I have never lived in Texas. My personal preference is for warmth anyway so I'd prefer to be warmer on average rather than colder. The nice thing is that you could, in theory, shave in the fall/winter/spring and not shave in the summer, but that would pretty much f you for the road rash help.

I maintain my position on the rain. While it's raining, you're losing less body heat due to rain soaked hair; when the rain slows down, you're less waterlogged; and when you get home, you have 1/4 the amount of grit attached to your legs.

Hey, why is it that all you 33s are answering a question in the 41 like it's a race question? I mean, it's not like us 41s plan on crashing or getting massages. What's with that?

Also, my legs look amazing in the mirror at spin class. Good thing I'm on a stationary bike or I'd crash just looking at my studly man-pins.

too bad there is not a relatively inexpensive, truly painless, and truly permanent method of hair removal...that would solve a lot of this nonsense

I don't know, I find it pretty funny when people try to assign their own motivations to everyone else.

Last month the little cretin was bawling at his mom to buy him a bike.
I say give the kid a wet dish rag sandwich for trolling.
