cycling vs crawling
Yesterday i crawled for 1 hr 50 mins, covering 6.5 miles. Quite hilly but nothing exceptional. My old knee injury prevents me from walking. I did not stop once for rest.
Today, I rode for 2 hrs 30 mins. Not sure how far since my computer died earlier in the year, but i was keeping a decent speed (compared with my usual pace). I did not stop once for rest. The crawled was much tougher. So enough of the bravado and trash talking about your epic rides. It's the easy option. What do you think? |

I think the entire parody thread is getting old, really really old. |
Agree, crawling is much harder than either walking or riding. Broke my ankle whist walking the dog only 3 houses from mine. Long story. Anyway had to crawl up the hill to my house. Take my word, it is much harder when your foot is dangling from your leg.

I ride at a crawl, so I get the best of both worlds.

ahhh crawling. Now us ex-mountain bikers have to make quite an adjustment to break the habit. Crawling is much faster on trails :)

Crawling doesn't seem to be all that friendly to the knees.

Pub crawls are the only crawls allowed or should be allowed.

Well, try crawling on your knuckles, it really cuts down on wind resistance.

should i take this as a compliment or an insult?
