Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I just discovered a hole in my jersey!

For the earpiece wire, on the inside of one of the pockets. It seems to be new on this year's Voler jersey... now I don't have to route the wire around the bottom.

Got the same on my Nashar Jersey. Going to have my wife add it to my other jerseys. RE: bluetooth - it is the way to go, but my old Treo doesn't support music playback thru bluetooth. With the wired headphone I can play music and make and receive calls all no hands.

Think of how much rotating weight you'll save by adding similar holes to the tires, tubes, and rims.

Funny that now they come with it. I've been doing this to my jerseys for the last 3 years. Small pin hole in the back of the center pocket. Pass the headphone wire inside the jersey along my back and through the hole. Plug into the iPhone that sits in a ziplock bag through a small pin hole. I've been in torrential rain for over 2 hr straight and not a single drop of water inside the bag or on the phone!! I should have patented the darn thing LOL................

I just checked my Voler jersey and it has the same hole (well, not the exact SAME hole)...what will they think of next? I'd have never noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out.

Wire flapping around and potentially getting caught on something. Nothing else. Much neater under the jersey.

It seems you must believe that one thing cannot be better than another without something being wrong. It's just much nicer routing. Like internal cables on a bike.

Also the wire had to make a tight bend before to loop down under the jersey at the back and now it's already going in the right direction. I've killed a few sets off earphones that way.

And regarding race radios, no they aren't legal in the 5s, only P and I believe cat 1. Maybe 2s in a p/1/2 race...

why haven't they made a big marketing hooha about this? it's the kind of silly marketing that gets bike weenies excited and salivating.

single hole or double hole? double hole for members of the 33. triple for freds of 41.

23 replies and no "ipods are dangerous" comments? They must all be in that "helmet saved my wife" thread.
