Road rash sucks

Just saying...

2 days ago at 35 mph... I sure f'd up that one. Took a hand off the handlebars and hit a bump, gravity pretty much dictated the rest.

I need some new arm and leg warmers, otherwise I am ok except a bit of painful road rash. Thankfully my bike is ok as well.

Just sitting here in pain and felt like whining.

Most people post pictures, I'm not sure why, but they do. :twitchy: Heal up quick!

Make sure you scrubbed all the grit out, or it will tattoo. I like to dress road rash with honey, keeps it moist until it heals like a hydrocolloid dressing, nice and antiseptic, but doesn't cost much. We use honey at the hospital for much uglier stuff than road rash, and it works great for that too.
