Dear Cervelo Haters,

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I heard there's a new item they are considering for the analogy section of the GRE:

"Cervelo is to bicycle, as __________ is to food.

a. McDonald's
b. Melba Toast
c. Spam
d. Haggis

If you wade through all the MTB talk in this historical video, you'll find that even Hitler wanted a Cervelo.

Test rides are meaningless for a number of reasons.

No Cervelo for you.

Has a Cervelo ever won the TdF? Nope.

Would I ever buy a bike from someone who buys milk in a bag? Probably not.

So if someone buys a Trek they will win the TdF? Your logic is screwy.

This may be. However, the milk argument is sound.

Assumption is the mother of all eff-ups. You just effed up.

I don't hate Cervelo's. I actually think they're pretty cool. They're just not like me. I'm more of a Giant man.
