i can't fine white 700c valve stem caps!

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Uh, you're suppose to chuck the valve stem caps. They are not necessary.

Ok fine,

Well now I wouldn't say that.

The caps, however, aren't necessary.

You may want to keep the stem and chuck the cap.

What does 700c have anything to do with it? There are 2 types of valves/stems. Presta/Schrader. Size of wheel has nothing to do with it. If they are presta just ride without, or take the caps off and spray paint em. Not hard.

So how can you put air in the inner tube if you clamp your chuck onto the cap?

There are some nice ones in there, I like the carbon fibre one.

Though, easiest and possible cheapest way is to use a spraycan of white paint. If you might actually want to do more white accenting, you still have some paint left.
