Black/Grey or Black/Green?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Black/Grey or Black/Green?

Gonna pick one up in a couple weeks. What do you think? No, I don't care if it matches my kit.

That green looks like it came straight from the 80's. Only get that color if you have a mohawk and 1st generation Sidi Genius shoes.

Green has more aerodynamic paint, therefore it's the obvious choice in terms of performance.

(looks bad ass too )

Its obvious that you should not pick a bike by its color, I think you should take all of the other considerations into account first i.e. components, bike fit, price. Their is nothing more fredly than a noobie buying his first bike based on color. However the grey is gorgeous and will make you look like a king ontop of a glorious steed. But really consider what it is your buying I think the grey is to much bike for you, anyways. Its always better to start off slow so I recommend the green one, if you stick with the sport and find you ride alot and are still riding next year then you can buy a nice bike like the grey one.

Me too, but only because the bike is outlandishly pukey and the green carries that theme.

I'd go grey. Much easier to match your kit to the bike. Lime green clashes with a bunch of stuff.
