I must go read from the book of Coggan and do some intervals on my stupid trainer (the one the trains stupidity) so that I might become similarly enlightened.

One must always ask 'why bother?' If the answer is not readily apparent, your course of action is clear.
Eff it.

on the prime time TdF on versus 2 nights ago they had a feature about swallowing a temp probe in a capsule that wirelessly transmits core body temp to the team cars...they said once you hit about 102* you lose up to 30 watts...
would you swallow and crap out a plastic pill everyday to know your core body temp pcad, if it displayed on your Joule?

I can't put it all together, but something along the lines of "if I needed to put something in my mouth and swallow I would perfer it being small and white"?
A plastic pill would be better than the alternatives I would think.
