I got a puncture 5 mins into my ride today. It was raining and cold in the morning and I didn't feel like riding but I HTFUed and drove out there.
Well, 5 mins in the rain and then pffffffffff. Rear tyre went. I cursed, threw a tantrum and threatened my bike with violence. Then I walked back to the car, which surprisingly turned out to be a pretty long walk, and gave up.
I could have fixed the puncture but the spirit was weak plus Columbo was on TV in the afternoon. I like Columbo.
