Look, at the end of the day their stuff is nice, but it is overpriced just like any other brand. This jacket that I just got is their "best" and supposedly one of the better ones out there, but it is Made in China. I sent the large back for an XL as their stuff is a little small and I wear a medium shirt in JCrew, LLbean, Polo if that is any indication.

Just because something is made in China does not mean that it will be of inferior quality. Would the jacket be better if it were made by Italian elves in the Dolomites?

I never mentioned inferior quality. When I make reference to where it is made, I do so in relation to their pricing. I can more easily justify the cost if I knew it were made in a country where labor is higher, like the USA.

Seriously. Put that "for" in front, "for which temps is that jacket...".

And no, I didn't ride to work in jeans.
And yes, my head looks huge in that photo.

If anyone wants detail shots of the Rainjacket, I'll pull out my slr, just ask.

..I am about to commute home now, in all Rapha gear. It's good stuff that I think looks cool. On the weekend I'll get geared up again in more Rapha swag and ride.

where I live the weather sucks and is brutal. no matter what season the temperature can take a 20 degree change in a few hours. I've found this stuff to hold up quite nicely.

bring your own self confidence to the road - that's whats really cool
