Bike shoe size vs normal shoe size
Do you size up for bike shoes or order the same size as your regular walking shoe? I ask since I normally size up 1 size for my running sneakers, and have sized up by 0.5 for my cycling shoes, but lately since I've been doing some really steep 19-20% hill climbs, my left foot is starting to slide out of my shoe (oddly, not the right), making me suspect that I need a smaller size.

See other thread about sizing being inconsistent. Some shoes run bigger or smaller than others. That said, my Specialized shoes are the same size (10) as my regular shoes, but I think a half size different than the Sidis I had before.

I effectively go a half size smaller because I use thinner socks and want a tighter fit.
