Does changing of chainrings in crank based powermeters require recalibration?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Does changing of chainrings in crank based powermeters require recalibration?

Can chainrings in crank based powermeters (SRM) or similars be changed without recalibration of the unit. (Would like to change big ring from 53 to 52 and small ring from 39 to 38). Are there crank based power meters with compact (110) BCD?
Thanks

For SRM no. You can also change the BB spindle without recalibrating. If you have an SRM just email the US office. They're regular folks who ride bikes really fast (ex-pro or three in their staff) and they understand bike questions pretty fluently. When I asked them stuff they were very helpful.

I regularly switch out the crankarms (I use the Cannondale SI cranks so the arms come off easily). Chainrings I've swapped too.

SRM makes a compact powermeter. Quarg does too. SRM has a unique powermeter where the inner ring is 110 and the outer is 130?135?

Info:

The 110/130 crank:

If I climbed a lot that would be an interesting crank to have. But since I suck at climbing anyway, I'll stick with normal cranks.

hope this helps,
cdr
