Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Need some sizing help for Hammer Nutrition shorts

I'm looking to pickup some new shorts and I like these. Now I'm 5' 10, 140 lbs, with a 30 in waist. I generally wear a medium. Looking at the sizing chart it looks like I could go with either a small or medium. Anyone out there about my size who can give some feedback on how these fit? I'm a bit nervous about going with medium since the recommended waist is 32-34 in.

medium.. i'm little heavier.. but same height. I wear mediums. I'm thinking the shoulder straps might get to short and therefore.. a little to tight in the nether regions.

Ditto--same build as OP; very comfortable in the medium.
