Brand new shoes after 15 years, now I'm riding differently...?
Is this possible?
The difference between the shoes is night and day. The heels in the old ones were pretty much gone, so pulling back and up was sometimes a problem if the laces weren't done right up (less, "laces").
Anyway, now, with the extra support around the back half of my feet (or for some other reason), I seem to be dropping my heels more on the down-stroke. There's definitely more heel movement.
Is this preferable?
