LeMond Chambery

Notices
Road Cycling It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle. -- Ernest Hemingway

LeMond Chambery

I'm wondering if 200 bucks for a LeMond Chambery 2000 frame fork is worth it, with a chris king headset. no dents/scratches good condition. I'm in a market for a new frame, and how is it compared to scattantee comp xlr frame https://www.performancebike.com/bikes..._400001_400314

anyone knows is there much difference in the tubings (lemond has 6061 T6 aluminum, butted and scattantee has 7005)? Any information is helpful!

The King headset retails at $125 new so yeah, I think the LeMond is a better deal if you are comfortable with buying used. If you choose to re-sell the bike in the future, the Scattante will have a much much lower re-sale value than the LeMond.
