Question about buying tires from Amazon

Hey all, I just need to know but can't seem to find whether the tires are sold in pairs or individually.
Looking at buying some continental ultras and going from 28 to 23 cm.
Thanks, for the help!

I think they are generally sold individually. But if you post a link to the product page, we can tell you for sure.

This is the one I was looking at, I vaguely remember a review or something about someone buying something for their bike and thinking they were sold individually but found they were sold in a pair. I really just don't want to buy two and end up with an extra set. I think now that tires are sold individually, though.

And out of curiosity would going from 28 to 23 cm make a significant difference in speed?

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, tires are sold individually. Going from 28 to 23 will not make a significant difference in your speed, but your comfort factor will suffer.
