Which one?

Like the compact crank that's on it. I do lots of climbing around here. Plan on selling the wheels and getting a Psimet built set.

Like that it has full Ultegra but would have to change out to a compact crank.

I vote option A if you're going to swap out the crankset and wheels anyway.

Are you considering other options too? Or limiting your choices to BD?

Considering other options. Need to keep it at or below $2000. Want a bike that's more comfortable also.

If you're going to sell off the wheels I think I'd go with the cheaper one. The only real difference are the brakes, fork, and crank. I've got the SCR3 and they work fine. I don't know how much lighter the fork will be since one is full carbon while the other isn't. Also I'm not sure how good the FSA Energy cranks are, but cranks are pretty important.

You could get a http://www.neuvationcycling.com/bicycles.html. You can get a Force equipped carbon bike for $1900. You may be able to talk to them and get some red shifters and rival parts instead.
