Need a new kit

I'm thinking about getting a new cycling kit, but not sure what the best looking one out there is. The hammer nutrition kit looks good, but what are some of the others?

And at what point is a throwback kit considered cool enough to work and not Fredilicious? In other words, it's probably not cool to be ridiing in a full Astana kit, but is it still to soon to wear a Gerolsteiner kit?

Post up some pics of the best kits out there.

1) Why wear the kit of a company not sponsoring you and not from a team that you support?

2) Who cares what others think, wear what you want to wear.

Whatever makes you happy. I enjoy my arrogant bastard jersey and gore ozon bibs.

Isn't your question a bit of a paradox? You don't want to be a fred, but you are looking for other's opinion of the best looking cycling kit, even if its sponsored and you have no affiliation?

no offense but... just go buy something comfy that you think looks sweet.

This.

My most recent kit is for one of the local shops. I joined their club/team and they give a nice discount. It's a really good shop.

That Assos kit looks good.

It doesn't matter what you wear while riding.

I just wear whatever matches the bike and doesn't make me look fatter than I already am.

Depends on the bike. Sometimes I see riders with a Cervelo partial kit and riding a Specialized.

Also could depend on your cause, as in cause related. If you support the Leukemia and Lymphomia Society, they have their own jerseys.

I think it should matter as much as the clothes you wear regularly. Wear what you like.

I agree - I'm just asking what kits you all have seen that you like.

If you’re looking for a kit to have any sort of relevant meaning, especially with regard to none professional riders - join a local club. Become part of your local riding community (more so than just someone who rides) & wear their kit. If you're not a racer, that's fine, I've never been with a club/team yet that demanded it's riders race too - most all are welcome.
