$50,000 road bike???!!!!
So I was just browsing through ebay and came across this Colnago with a buy it now price of $49,999?? And almost spit my water out all over my keyboard... Seriously is any bike worth that much? Can anyone explain to me why this bike is going for so much besides the fact that its a rare 1 of 30... Just curious what everyone has to say about this.

Anything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

The bottle cage looks kind of crappy. Though I'm impressed they pass along their FedEx shipping discount to the buyer. How generous.
In any case, it's definitely a chick bike.

welcome to the, one and only, wheeled sport where putting more money into your equipment doesn't make you any faster.

I would have sprung for it, but it's not my size. Dumb luck that.

I think that thing has been relisted like 20 times.
It's just like those 25 year old Peugeots on CL that the seller wants $500 for and no one is interested so he relists it twice a week.
