New Build/Frames Swap
Discovered that my old Scattante frame had a crack on the seat tube so I picked this frame up for $150 and swapped everything over. Only other costs were a new headset and BB. Practically new bike for a little over $200.
Sorry, I don't have a white garage door.

ptle,
Yes, I'm 6'4" and 240 so everything's a bit on the beefy side. I've heard complaints about the Vuelta wheels being heavy and low quality, but I'm liking them and they seem sturdier than my normal 36H Mavics.
As far as the rest of the build it's all stuff swapped over from my old r-550, 105 Shifters and derailers (true workhorses imo), Tektro brakes (meh), Truvativ Triple (Canyon climbs and old knees), Crappy Ritchey Logic Pro pedals (already broke one pair and will be swapping for Shimano's shortly) the rest is just the performance/weyless/easton house crap, but I'm not inclined to replace stuff when it's not broken. I've got a lot of weight to lose around my middle before I need to worry about the weight of my bike.
