Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What does "OEM" stand for, in reference to a rim or wheel?

And how would you describe that dark green color that Mavic used for the CXP30, a few years ago?

Thanks

Now for the bad news. Sometimes OEM components, like Mavic rims, simply aren't available in the aftermarket so you can't get exact replacements.

I have some of those. They are a khaki, or army green, but quite dark.

Maybe they were a Pacific Rim only release
