weight limit on bontrager selects?

Ill be honest, I just bought the 05 trek 1000 and I hate the wheels, Ive found a set of Bontrager selects and I want to get them since they come on the new 1500. Im just weird like that.

Anyhow, Im 205 and dropping quickly, will they hold me up on the road?

thx in advance

I have a set of Bontrager Selects on my Klein and they have held up fine so far to my 225lbs. I only have a few hundred miles on my bike so far though.

I have a set of Bonti Race on mine. I weigh 185-190 and after 3000 miles I have yet to true the wheels. From what I understand the method of lacing these new style wheels use is far superior to the old style. So far it's true. I believe they will hold you just fine.

Not sure about the Selects, but I have Bontrager Race Lite, 700x23c front and rear on my bike. 3100 miles of hauling my 220 lb butt around Central NY and they are still rolling.

Over 10,000 miles on a set of race lites...weigh in between 190-200, and have been on many rough roads. I'm quite satisfied.
