What I Learned On My Ride Today (flip it?)
So I was cruising along and noticed I was constantly putting myself in a lower position than I normally do and it felt great. So I think I'm going to go for another ride or two and see how it feels make sure it wasn't an anomaly. But I think I'm ready to flip it. or at least get a 0deg stem.
Don't I have to take into account that changing the current Cannondale C3 90mm 6deg stem angle to a 90mm 0deg stem effectively changes the overall fit and reach to the hoods?

You could also pitch a spacer or two (i.e. move from below stem to above stem, assuming you have one or more below your stem)....that's a lot cheaper than buying a new stem!

i did it after a few weeks of having my first bike. Inspired by the races i watched on TV but mainly for the aero effects. It was an adjustment and did have lower back stiffness for a week or two, but felt much faster especially into head winds. Now comfortable and think of taking out spacers.
