How much is this CERTINI road bike worth?

I need a cheap bike for college and I've seen this one... how much is it worth do you think as I need to put an offer in:

Depends greatly on where you live.

Is that a Columbus sticker? Looks too big, but still kinda looks like one.

In my neighborhood. $200-500 depending on the level of parts hanging off it. I'm guessing parts are kind mid-range, so I'll concur with wanlogan.

I'd not bother painting it, rather get a solid black saddle and solid black bar tape and call it good.

EDIT: I should note that people are kinda cuckoo for lugged steel around here. If you're in Nebraska (for instance), I'd put the price range at $75-300.
