Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cycling workouts

Anybody got any good sites or workouts they do? I've never really expirimented with workotus and dont really know how to put any together so I'm tryingto see what other cyclists do. I searched the internet just to find bs about what workouts are, but found no actual workouts I could read and go do. So how bout a few anaerobic workouts and aerobic ones too? I'm trying to get faster and I already have my group rides, but I want some challenging weekly rides on my own. Thanks
