Kenesis Decade Convert Frame from PBK

I've been shopping around for a road frame and was checking up on PBK when I saw this new frame they stocked:

Looks legit and runs a good price. Anyone ever heard of them? Or anyone ever used this frame before?

Kinesis is also an OEM frame maker for several well know brands. You may have seen their forks around too. They are legit.

Kinesis is fairly mainstream here.

Kinesis makes a really nice bike and as the other guy said, they make for other brands as well.

Looks overpriced for an entry level frameset. You can easily do much better.

The rear dropout thing is interesting but seems unecessary.
