I want a Cervelo

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Do the exercises shown in WebMD for LBP(lower back pain).
Pcad refuses to share his Glucosimine here.

Competitive Cyclists had discounts on the end of year R series, but i dont think it is still going on.

There was a rather big surprise with Cervelo pulling their online retailer business. I am not quite sure how smart that move is.... tsk tek. Anyway, you should be able to find end of the year sales on most of the shops.

I love my RS. She's a gazelle; not just fast enough to outrun a cheetah, but nimble and sure-footed enough to feel graceful while doing it.

What is the main difference between the RS and R3? For 2011 the price difference between the same Rival build of the two is $500. Is the R3 frame worth the price difference?

Others probably know more but my understanding is that the RS is built with an eye a little bit more towards comfort. It's not as extreme as the Specialized Roubaix or anything but it's got a taller headtube for a slightly more upright riding position (or less spacers or rise on the stem).

If you laughed your back doesn't hurt enough. Mine started hurting in 1999. It has never stopped. At least I don't take 400 mg of oxycontin daily anymore.

If you took more oxycontin, you'd laugh more.

If you had any real long term experience with this drug, you would understand the complete lack of humor in this comment.

I do actually. My wife was required to be on similar narcotics for long periods of time for a long-term illness and subsequent surgery. My comment was tongue in cheek, and not meant to make light of the realities of the drug.

It reminds me of the E.T. ride at epcot (or is it universal?), the way it's floating upwards. I bet the cervelo ride would be way fun more fun, though.

It amuses me that 90% of the Cervelo pictures in this thread were taken with DSLRs with nice lenses.
