Arrgghh! Left out data in Device Agent!

Arrgghh! Left out data in Device Agent!
Hello,
Has anyone had the following problem:
When downloading from the LYC for a Powertap to Device Agent, the software removes cadence and heart rate information 128 or over?
I can download into PowerAgent and then export to WKO+, but the data is not perfect (screws up scatter graphs), so the data is certainly on the device OK and WKO+ is not the problem.
As it's 128 at the cutoff, looks like a programming problem, but would have thought it would be everywhere if it was? Can not find any registry settings to change, nor are there settings files to alter on the software.
I have tried upgrading the software to no avail.
Any ideas anyone? Giving me the irrits!

Oh - and I can download to device agent on another computer and it has worked in the past.

Which version WKO and Device Agent do you have? Notice that you can update Device Agent separately from WKO
I recently upgraded Device Agent to Build 45 and it was an improvement over my older version

Sorry - this is for using a power meter with the Training Peaks WKO+ software, which uses Device Agent as a data bridge.

Just to follow up on this in case anyone else had the same issue - build 45 of the agent removed the problem for me.
